Laurie is a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant, as well as a general consultant on other complimentary psychotherapy modalities, therapeutic aids, and collaboration with mental health adjacent services relevant for your clients.

Consultation spots are most available currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Online and in-person appointments at Laurie’s office in East Amherst) are also available. Group consultation on-site is possible for organizations looking to contract on a package agreement for staff.
EMDR Consultations
Laurie works with EMDR providers looking to deepen their skills in EMDR Therapy and/or who are working toward EMDRIA Certification. Special focus is available in sensory and neurodiversity awareness and considerations, adoption issues, EMDR with persons of strong religious convictions, dissociation in children and adults, complex developmental trauma, and integrating the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) into EMDR Therapy.
Individual & Group Consulting
Laurie has a limited number of spots for general individual and group therapy consulting. She works with therapists interested in incorporating the Safe and Sound Protocol from Unyte into their therapy practices, or who are interested in adding support from devices like Alpha-Stim (a cranial electrotherapy stimulator) or HeartMath.
